Head to Head with Nude Palettes!

What is more important when you're on a budget, colour or quality?

I decided to compare the W7 In The Buff Natural Nudes Eye Shadow Colour Palette and the Sleek MakeUp i-Divine Eyeshadow Palette in Au Naturel.

Only recently have I dared to experiment more with eyeshadows. Usually my makeup looks are very minimal and clean however I have been tempted over the try some looks after watching many youtube videos and discovering that nude colours can enhance an evening/clubbing makeup look without appearing over the top.

I decided to try out a Teni Panosian inspired look using a gold and bronze base with black tips to test out these two palettes that are under a tenner.

W7 In The Buff Natural Nudes Eye Shadow Colour Palette

What I loved about this product:

Some great colours - beautiful gold that complimented my skin tone and some great colours with strong pigment.

However...

A lot of fallout - can get quite messy which is very unfortunate.

Sleek MakeUp i-Divine Eyeshadow Palette in Au Naturel

What I loved about this:

Strong pigments and very easy to blend - easy and quicker to create looks than the W7 palette. A dream!

However...

Not as many colour choice options and the base colour of the gold and bronze weren't as complimentary for my skin tone. Not as bold in my opinion.

Both are great palettes if you aren't looking to spend too much. Overall, the Sleek Makeup Palette is great quality and because if the ease of use I will be probably using that palette far more!
