Here's a simple look I wore to a dinner date with the man. I wanted a look that's quick and low maintenance, showcasing my new Revlon Lacquer Balm in the colour Demure. For products I wore in this look and the brushes I used, keep reading! x
I started off by prepping my skin with Embryolisse Face Moisturiser followed by Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser Primer with the fingers. Once my skin was ready, I used Real Techniques Buffing Brush to apply NARS Sheer Glow Foundation in the colour Punjab. With Real Techniques Powder Brush, I set the foundation with MAC Blot Powder in Medium.
Moving on to some colour, I used MAC 138 Tapered Brush to dust bronzer onto the hollows of my cheeks, the temples and my hairline for contour. Using the Real Techniques Blush Brush I applied MAC Autoerotique Blush on the cheeks. I picked up MAC By Candlelight MSF using Royal and Langnickel Fan Brush and dusted on the tops of my cheekbones.
Moving on to the eyes, I thickly lined my upper and lower lashlines with Mugshot Eyeshadow from the Naked 3 Eyeshadow Palette using the MAC 219 Pencil Brush. I then applied MAC Avenue Fluidline with Real Techniques Pixel Point Eyeliner Brush (love!) on the upper lashline creating a little wing. Eyelashes were coated with L'oreal Voluminous Mascara (another current favourite) and curled with MAC Eyelash Curler. I filled in my eyebrows with Etude House Brow Pencil.
To finish the look I applied Revlon Lacquer Balm in Demure on to the lips.
