Wow. This is Soap and Glory Thick and Fast mascara. It is definitely one of those products that does what it says on the tin. With a single stroke, my lashes are coated. I am usually satisfied with 2 coats, definitely cutting my mascara application time by a few minutes.

Only problems with this are that the wand is pretty huge and it's easy to smear some mascara on your eyelids if you apply it too close to the roots, something a little damp q-tip can't fix. It can also clump if you are not careful with the amount of product on the brush.

With mascara, without mascara
Overall, I am really happy with this product. I actually picked this up as an ELLE Magazine freebie. I think I should scout for another copy to save me some money instead of buying it full price!
Have you tried this before?
I got this free with ELLE and at first I wasn't overly impressed but now I LOVE it.

Ohh it must have been Elle. Thanks! ;)
DeleteGood to know you like it too x
I need a new mascara.. and I have never tried any soap and glory products yet! :(
ReplyDeleteMaybe this is a sign! haha xxx
For £3.90 (with the magazine), this is practically a steal. A good way to start with Soap and Glory! ;)
Deletedo you know if its still out in the elle magazine! if so i really do need to pick it up, it looks nice on the lashes :) x
ReplyDeleteI just bought a second copy about 2 days ago, so it should still be out! Try to go for the less popular newsagents, they might still have some stock there. ;)
DeleteI've been meaning to try this for a while now! I mix up my mascaras a lot and as long as they give me volume then im happy :) xxx
ReplyDeleteI have this too (I acquired it with Elle aswell!) and I don't like it much at all. It clumps so badly!

Oh dear, why don't you try wiping the brush on the mascara container before using, to try to lessen the amount of product? That's what I do. xx
