OPI Thanks So Muchness

OPI Thanks So Muchness

I've been using this nail polish this week. Its Thanks So Muchness by OPI from the Alice in Wonderland collection. Its a lovely red colour, its not glittery, but is a little bit 'metallic' in the sense that it shines a metallic red in the light. I really like it, and I've received a few compliments on wearing the colour too!

I'm really impressed with OPI nail polishes. They are easy to apply and dry quite quickly! Using them is like a dream. I've worn Thanks So Muchness for about 5 days now and its only starting to chip. My nails have grown as well so it will be time to change my nail polish soon!

Sorry about the state of my cuticles, I've been having problems with those lately. They dry easily and flake, and they hurt sometimes :( I think it may have something to do with wearing gloves in the lab as I am doing a lab-based research project now, but I'm not really sure, and I'm not really experienced in nail care, so if you have any suggestions on how I should take care of my nails and cuticles, please let me know in your comment below! I would really appreciate it. ♥

I'm starting to get into nails, and I'd love to try more nail polishes. What's your favourite nail polish? ♥

  4. I have just got into nail polishes recently as well. I am wearing OPI "Teal the cows come home" on my nails right now and am loving it. You are right! OPI nail polishes are so easy to wear!

You should try out China Glaze as well....their formula and colours are pretty good too! I just got 9 bottles of OPI and CG online!

  5. @Harjot- Yes I'm quite happy with this red! :)

@Beautygirl24- Aww, I've never had a professional mani before! I should try getting one. I watched Alice in Wonderland last week, but I wasn't as impressed as I was with Avatar. What did you think of it?? xx

@Mouldy Fruit- Thanks for the suggestion!! xx

@Bowsnhearts- I don't know where to purchase CG in London, and OPI is just so overpriced here. I'm trying online shops though, they're cheaper and more convenient too. I'll look up Teal the cows come home :) Thanks hun!! xx

  6. Yes, I've heard a lot of people say that the effects aren't as good as Avatar. I didn't see Avatar! I know, I really need to! Maybe that's why I loved Alice so much, I have nothing to compare it to ;)

  7. Hi I agree with your comments about the easy application of OPI nail varnishes. I have never been into nail painting until I encountered these OPI wonders. I've got Parlez-Vous OPI, Done out in disco and the mini Spanish collection. And on an appreciative note, I wanted to let you know that I enjoyed reading your beauty reviews! = )

  9. The fact that this polish lasted 5 days is really impressive! Did you use a base or top coat? I am finding that no top/base coat is the best method, but maybe there is a good one out there that I don't know about?

  10. @ Beautygirl24- Ooohhh you really must see Avatar in 3d if you still have the chance!! Its amazing!! :O

@Incognito- OPI is an amazing brand for nail polishes. I'm so happy to hear you enjoy reading my reviews! Thanks! =)

@Turtle- Yes I will definitely check out your NOTWs! Can't wait :)

@Abby Q.- I know, its amazing my nail polish lasted 5 days! I didn't use a top coat when I used this. Using a base coat seemed to make no difference on the staying power either as I placed a base coat on fingers on one hand and none on the other. However I found that it did dry quicker without a base coat :) xx
